1. Definitions
We/Us/Our – [Your Company Name]
You/Your – The customer entering into a service agreement with us
Property – The residential or commercial site where the Power Flush service will be performed
Power Flush – The cleansing process that removes sludge, rust, and contaminants from your heating system
Quotation – The price proposal provided by us and accepted by you
Working Area – The areas within the property where the service will be conducted, including radiators, boiler, airing cupboard, loft space, etc.
2. Agreement Commencement
These terms become legally binding upon the earlier of:
Your acceptance of our quotation and confirmation of the service appointment
Receipt of any payment, whether partial or full, towards the service
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to ensure the following before and during our visit:
Accurate information is provided at the time of quotation
All utilities (electricity, water, gas) are available and functional
Clear and unobstructed access to all working areas
No minors are left unattended during our visit
All pets are kept away from the service area and equipment
We are informed in advance if the property uses a septic tank, soakaway, or similar drainage system
Failure to meet these conditions may result in cancellation or delay, and additional charges may apply.
4. Our Responsibilities
We will:
Perform the Power Flush using appropriate tools and techniques
Minimize disruption to your property
Inform you promptly if delays arise and reschedule accordingly
Remove any waste generated during the service
Clean the work area after completion
5. The Power Flush Process
Our engineer will first inspect the system for suitability.
We will:
Add specialist chemicals to your central heating system
Use a Power Flush machine to circulate chemicals and dislodge sludge, rust, and limescale
Rinse the system with clean water to remove all contaminants
Add a corrosion inhibitor for ongoing protection (subject to system compatibility)
Note: Some debris or blockages may remain due to inaccessible areas, aged components, or system design. Additional repairs or replacements may be required at extra cost.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Leaks that occur due to existing corrosion
Faulty components identified during or after the service
Design issues or system faults that restrict full cleaning
Additional repairs unless included in your quotation
7. Cancellations
Your Rights:
You may cancel within 14 days of accepting the quotation if work has not started. A full refund will be provided.
If you request the service to begin during the 14-day cooling-off period and then cancel, we may charge for any work already completed.
Once work is fully completed, the full price is payable, even if within the 14-day period.
Late Cancellation Charges:
More than 48 hours before appointment – No charge
24–48 hours – £150 + VAT
Less than 24 hours – £200 + VAT
Same-day cancellation or no access – £300 + VAT

Our Rights to Cancel:
We may cancel if:
You breach any part of Section 3
We are provided false or misleading information
Access to the property is denied
The heating system is not suitable for a flush
Refunds will be issued minus any reasonable costs already incurred.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work
In case of minor unresolved issues, 95% of the invoice must be paid immediately, with the remaining 5% due once resolved or within 7 days
Reports, warranties, or documents will not be provided until full payment is made
We may request a deposit in advance, as outlined in the quotation
Overdue payments will incur interest at the Bank of England base rate
Late Payment Recovery Process:
Initial reminder via phone, SMS, or email
Referral to third-party debt collection (additional charges apply)
Legal action if required
You are liable for any legal or collection fees.
9. Warranty Terms
We offer:
2-year warranty with standard Power Flush
5-year warranty when a magnetic filter is installed by us
To keep your warranty valid, you must:
Have your boiler serviced annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer
Add inhibitor to your system annually
Have the magnetic filter cleaned annually
Provide service certificates or receipts as proof
Warranty Exclusions:
Third-party damage or negligence
Freezing, misuse, or pre-existing issues
Airlocks after 4 weeks
Any unauthorised repairs or modifications
Warranty becomes valid only after full payment is received.
10. Data Protection
We collect and process your data solely for the purposes of delivering the service and managing our business operations. We may share your data with third parties for payment collection, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
11. Legal Terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom
Any disputes will be handled in UK courts
If any term is found to be invalid, the rest remain enforceable
These Terms, along with your quotation and our privacy policy, form the full agreement
